

This is the second experience I have had of this kind with a credit and there will not be another and its to bad but I don't do business with people that are unscrupulous as these people are. OK, right there tells you they know what type of manpower they should allot to processing returns but they choose to take your money in a heartbeat but returning it is a very low priority. It is impossible to get their customer service to answer the phone so I sent an email and it took 3 days for a reply to notify me that they are a small company and receive over 400 returns a day. I hate returning merchandise but it happens with online sales and a company should be capable of issuing a credit IMO in one weeks time after receipt and inspection. Sorry I have to give such a low rating but how are you suppose to feel when it takes a business over 30 days to issue you a credit after they have received your return which I confirmed with the tracking number I sent the product back with in perfect condition ? It's the little things that can make or break a customer. I won't ever do any shopping with this company again. I have little faith in receiving the refunds when I can't get any response from their customer service team.

I have returned all 3 of these mulling spice packets and requested full refunds. Now I am billed 3 x at $12.xx for one packet each? For what? I had been waiting on a refund for the $6 billed for the 2 x originally ordered mulling packets that were out of stock. Then on 12/30/22, I received an email that I would be receiving the mulling spice packets and on 12/31 my credit card was billed three (3) different $12 amounts. No refund for the out of stock items was received. I was billed for the full order - even after notification on 12/20/22 that the mulling spices were out of stock. The soap arrived on 12/26/22 (vs originally scheduled 12/23). 2 x soap on a rope and 2 x mulling spice packets. I placed an order on for stocking stuffers.
